Could the Progressives be holding this guy to “protect” him, instead of charge him?
As the story is revealed his return to Europe would be certain death. His stupidity will get him killed by the progressives and/or they will simply let him rot away from HIV in prison.
I heard he was on suicide watch and when one considers the ramifications of his actions...I could understand why.
Wow...could you imagine sitting with your client and having to tell them:
“You stupid idiot! She’s muslim and has AIDS.”
So it will be interesting to watch the case:
as he claims consensual, which gets her killed due to family honor
if it is proven consensual and unprotected sex with a person knowing they have AIDs...isn’t there something in the law about that? If infection results in a sexual partner and the HIV-positive individual knew his HIV status before the sexual encounter occurred, he may face charges as severe as manslaughter or attempted manslaughter.
