Well we should have been able to read the bill before it passed! But .... but no one had a chance to read it and inform us officially what we knew would happen! But Pelosi and Reid shoved it down our throats!

I mean, one MIGHT suspect that the 'waiver' is some sort of ‘payback’ from the Obama administration to some powerful, mobbed-up politician from Nevada who has been doing favors, running interference and serving as a lap-dog for the president for the last three years...
