One school of thought is, you should plant yourself on the Washington side of the border. Either way, the scenery is great. That way, you can shop in Oregon and pay no sales tax, while living in Washington and paying no state income tax (Mr. Bill's Daddy's ballot question having been deep sixed).

If the data is available on the FNS website, it’s tough to find. I dug around and couldn’t locate anything. If you find a source that breaks the stats down by percentage of racial group, please do post it. I’d be interested to learn the answer.
