You keep telling yourself that. If GHWB had won, he'd have accomplished nothing. Kind of like his actual term! Republicans would not have recaptured Congress in 1994. We'd have never seen even one balanced budget and probably would've had a Democrat president on 9/11.
Here we are nearly 20 years later and Perot's core issues of debt, deficits and jobs are foremost in our minds.
If Republicans aren't stupid and nominate an ineffectual, incoherent, imbecilic bore, Trump running for anything will be irrelevant.

The idea was around when I was in college in the early 1970s. A lot of people talked up crap like that. Try reading the book, The Pentagon’s New Map, which discusses globalism and the United State’s role. It was written by a guy in the Pentagon to influence G.W.Bush.
