The wife of a Tucson man killed in a Pima County SWAT raid May 5 pleaded for five minutes with 911 dispatchers to send an ambulance for her mortally wounded husband, audio records show.
Often through tears and sometimes in broken English, Vanessa Guerena, tells 911 operators that her husband had been shot by a "bunch of people" who opened the door of their southwest-side home and "just shoot him." Meanwhile, dispatchers worked to determine if she was calling from a house where the SWAT team was serving a search warrant, audio released Friday by Drexel Heights Fire Department reveals. It takes about an hour for waiting medics to know what happened, and the man is dead before fire crews are allowed into the home.
Jose Guerena, 26, a former Marine, was sleeping after the graveyard shift at Asarco Mission mine about 9:30 a.m. when his wife woke him saying she heard noises outside and a man was at their window. Guerena told his wife to hide in a closet with their 4-year-old son, his wife has said. He grabbed an AR-15 rifle and moments later was slumped in the kitchen, mortally wounded from a hail of gunfire.

This story on each report continues to get worse.
The SWAT team, the officers in charge, and dispatch should be hauled in front of a military tribunal.
Truly Orwellian, isn't it?
My late father, USMC, three wars, told me years ago of the signs he saw in the military from Korea (his first command) on that were the early stages of what we are seeing now. This has been coming on for a very long time.
The Indiana SC ruling RE police entry into private homes is very chilling, and presages more and greater authority for "law enforcement" agencies domestically. It would appear that the US government is more concerned with controlling its own citizens than its external enemies.
When they come for your guns, understand that after you hand them over, you may well be destined for a "reeducation" facility. The people of this country are going to face some very difficult choices, none of them with pleasant outcomes.
I'll make a prediction here. 50/50 odds that if Obama is in office after 2012, the feds will come after the donor list for Free Republic and similar entities.
In that last picture... I’m thinking about 3/4 of an inch directly below the left eye hole in his mask.
A friend of mine on FB was on my friends list...took him off after 25 years of knowing the guy after the gun running story broke. Enough was enough. They have done nothing but kill American citizens since they were first conceived, and from the looks of it, SWAT will be headed that way as well.
>>When the victim is dead, any story will do.<<
When the victim is dead, the less said the better. If anyone knows this, it’s the cops.
Edit, forgot to mention he was an ATF agent
(sheesh when is the site admin gonna ante up and actually upgrade this forum to have an edit button? Cheap??)
At one place I worked, a security guard had stuffed a little girl’s body (anyone remember Kali Ann Poulton?) in the air conditioning cooling tank for several years. Needless to say my faith in security guards is low.
These SWAT fags will not go head to head with the drug cartels.
They do have the balls to kill accountants and such but will crap their pants in a real fight.
Evert major city has a drug corridor and these cops stay the hell away from it. They will however beat the hell out of a grandma. If it is in a safe neighborhood.
>>I think the name, address and photograph of each swat member should be widely posted on the internet.<<
zeugma, there’s no need to reply.
Perhaps you’ve seen this before. I am debating if I should delete the last sentence.
IMO, it should be common knowledge where your city, state and federal officials, the county bureaucrats and local and federal police officers live, every single one of them!
It is not difficult to make someone live in fear for their lives as many of you already know. Making our elected officials acutely aware of that feeling is not a popular idea amongst the posters on this thread but having that taste in your mouth is not one quickly forgotten. Dont go after them in their protected offices when their families are as vulnerable as our are.
If our LEOs or military troops under the orders of our elected local, county, state or federal officials ever administer violent treatment to US citizens then it should be returned in equal force to their superiors families.
I promise you that a single bullet through the kitchen window of the Mayors house will make for an excited dinner conversation with his wife. The Mayor will then understand exactly what he did when he ordered violence against his townspeople.
The Chief of Polices wife isnt immune from explaining to her husband what a wonderful job hes doing if her home receives a copper jacketed message through her front door or bedroom wall.
There is no need to go after the street level officers, their bosses are the ones who issue the orders and they should be the ones to receive the 2200+ foot per second message.
Excellent recount of events.
Thanks!
That's my point exactly. Now. Why is that not being done?
Here, let me rephrase that...
In your books the “cops” don’t get away with this crap.
Thanks!
This could happen to any one of us at any time.
Wrong house. Disgruntled former employee lying to the cops about you. Ex-spouse looking to get full custody ... basically anything ... The militarized police in this country are the hammer, and EVERYTHING looks like a nail to them.
Most people I know who have never broken any laws would have no reason to think SWAT was raiding their house at 5am, so they would greet loud intruders with a weapon in hand ... and likely die.
I am thinking there is a need to justify the cost of their armored vehicles, paramilitary uniforms and other “law enforcement” equipment. Oh I did not mention salaries and benefits, did I?

Holy carp! And they get 20 year retirements?
I started getting a little... I dunno... skeptical about the union cop situation after one died in the line of duty here in Tucson a few years ago. He was given the biggest parade you’ve seen in your life, all sorts of things renamed for him, car washes and fundraisers galore, so on.
Those people make plenty of money with plenty for the widows and families. So many people are murdered here in Tucson weekly, and people can barely afford the funeral. No publicity, no fundraisers, no thousands if not hundreds of thousands in benefits, nothing for them.
I’m sorry he died, but there are tons of jobs that are just as dangerous, in my opinion, just perhaps not as glamorous.
Meter readers here, just for example, are attacked by killer bees, bitten by rattlesnakes and scorpions while lifting up meter boxes, chased by rabid dogs, threatened by angry property owners....
Yet we, the general public, hold up these people as some sort of demi-gods.
And now, with the gun-running and the idiot Dipstick’s malicious lies in January, red-light cams monitoring us 24-7 so the cops can sit on their arses even more, now SWAT teams pulling an almost Ruby Ridge, I’m beyond disgusted.
Worse and worse....
While I can see your point, I have to respectfully disagree. "I was just following orders" hasn't been an acceptable excuse since Nuremberg. If the JBTs have to worry about not making it home, perhaps they'll start questioning their orders, rather than making excuses for them.
Great and correct analysis. This is a movement toward the 3rd world and away from American liberty.
The more laws the more offenders.
While we’re at it, I’d like to publicize the TSA jackboots’ addresses too. They’re ALL “just following orders” and too probably mostly too stupid to even know who Stalin or Hitler or Mao are.
