With President Bush, using pictures from the video were probably preferred by AP, CNN, ABC, etc. They would be of a lesser quality and could show him saying a word like "Choose." I wondered by still pics of Clinton never seemed to have a fishmouth look, but GWB's had that and worse. Dems and their protectors in the enemedia are all about fakery.
