Ashley did the right thing but her family needed the money. There was no reward, but a thank you or “we appreciate” or whatever the congratulatory redundant answer would be. I believe in karma and that family will receive some blessing.
I believe it “may” happen. A good soul receives gifts sometimes unreported.
