How about a nice BACON BOMB! It's ground pork rolled up with onions, peppers, cheese and seasoning, wrapped with a web of bacon and cooked on the cool side of a Webber kettle. Yum! I made one today.

1 pork roast 4 to 6 pounds
1/3 cup of fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/8 cup water

Mix the ginger, Marmalade and water and heat to just below boiling.

Paint the pork roast with about half the mix
Roast the pork about 20 min. per pound
Uncover for last 5 minutes

Keep the rest of the mix to serve up with the roast.

WellyP’s Roast Pork, Enjoy!

That looks great! Is there anything else to it that I should know to try it?
