Yeah, but there's a pragmatic limit, even in Chicago. Even Harold Washington plowed the snow in Burke, Vrdolyak and Daley territory.

PRECISELY. Virginia is suing to prevent the implementation of Obama-Care. So no disaster relief funds for them or Texas. GW Bush never punished Democrat states like this and if he had the media would have been in an uproar
