Obama is a vindictive pr**k, and people have said that for some time. He is punishing Va, Texas, and other states that have not supported him nor kissed his a$$.
Reminds me a little bit of Bin Laden’s message before the 2004 election, that states which voted “the wrong way” would get hit in retaliation.
