Heres to hoping it detonates spectacularly and throws most ivory tower academics out of work. What then of heroes like Thomas Sowell, Victor Davis Hanson, Walter E. Williams? Will they have to find REAL jobs too?

And in a truly competitive academic environment, they should be able to more than hold their jobs.

For years I tried to come up with a solution for the
“good academics”, for a “soft transition” Now, although
ultimately I have confidence that there will be support
for such in the long run, I am not sure that the transition
will be pleasant for any.
