The Barack H Obama Foundation, an American charity set-up and run by the U.S. President's half-brother, has been accused of fraud.
Washington watchdog group, The National Legal and Policy Center made the accusation last week in a formal complaint to the IRS and US Post Office.
The group has accused the organisation of 'soliciting tax-deductible contributions from the public although it is not tax exempt,' according to the NLPC website.
The charity claims to aid poor Kenyans. But it is accused of lying about being federally recognised amid claims no one knows where the money is going.
Abon'go Malik 'Roy' Obama, 53, the President's half-brother, set the charity up in 2008 when Barack was running for presidency, naming it after their shared father.
