Yes he is.. Then I guess Mike Duakis should not have run for President.. His parents were immigrants.

Dukakis might have been a legitimate POTUS candidate though he had immigrant parents: they were here 10-13 years before he was born, and in that time may have become naturalized citizens. I don’t know if or when his parents became American citizens, but if they were citizens by the time he was born, then he was legitimate as a POTUS candidate.

The Duke was useful. If Michael Stanley hadn't won the nomination, the Donks might have found a winner. After all, they were facing a milquetoast.

I remember one of the debates. 900 numbers were the latest technological sensation. The MSM outlet I was watching put up two 900 numbers, at $1 each. Call one if you thought Dukakis won or the other if you thought Bush won. I thought Dukakis won the debate, so I called the Bush number ten times. (I don't vote for the most qualified candidate. I vote for the best policies).
