"If I don't have anywhere I can run in Ohio, I have to start thinking about what my options are," Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) said. "I prefer to continue serving the district I've served for as long as I have. But that's not my choice to make in terms of the map."

We’ve got Cantwell, Gregoire, McDermott, and Murray. Haven’t we suffered enough?

Detroit! Move to Detroit Marvin! They have a 50% illiteracy level. A perfect constituency for your mob rule and bribing crookery, style of governing.

*Marvin, as in: Marvin the Martian.

Anything to hang on to that fat government paycheck and lucrative benefits, Dennis?

So somewhere else, we don’t need another lunatic leftist in Washington State.

He's been talking about my State of Washington. That would not shock me. This state is as Blue as Blue can be,and it would not be hard picking a district where he would have a job for life, and pull election results in the high 70 percentile if he just opposes the military.

That’s great! The faster he goes to live in another state, the better. If he goes to California, it will be a big improvement in both state.

My apologies — Kucinich must be a lurker.

It is very hard to beat an incumbent, especially in a primary.

I figured it had to be a state that would have a seat liberal enough that Kucinich could win, but would also have to have a free seat available. The disadvantage from K’s perspective is that WA draws district by commission rather than the legislature. The legislature can modify the commission’s plan with a 2/3 majority which the Dems do not have.

I’m thinking the new seat will have an Olympia focus. Thurston and Pacific Counties voted Dem last time out, so it would make sense to drop them from the 3rd.

I’ve heard from a friend in Olympia that Denny Heck is thinking of running for the new district for the Dems.

Have not heard who the GOP might run.

Kucinich is welcome to stay where he is and if need be, retire. We don’t need him moving here.
