Why can’t we see the actual document instead of a digital copy from Obama?

Would a digital copy as presented hold up in a court of law? If not, he has not presented a legal document.

It has to be a paper copy with a raised seal to be legal evidence.

Hawaii just recently passed legislation that prohibits the production of long form birth certificates, I can’t imagine why they would have done that?
