That’s what I thought as well.
There’s a big difference between “art programs” (in schools) and “the arts” which are basically funding crap that people won’t pay for voluntarily.
If the Republicans would expose “the arts” and make the public aware of the garbage they are paying for, this is a win for Pubs....
