The law doesn’t care much at all about biology.
The legal father is the person listed on the legal document certifying live birth.
This has been established via many a man finding out after the fact that he isn’t the father (and 10% of children are not biologically related to their legal father) - and then finding out THE LAW DOES NOT CARE.
So even if you could prove via DNA that Malcolm X or Franklin Marshall Davis or Martin Luther King was ‘really’ the father - as a matter of law it wouldn’t matter one bit.
I think it depends on what state you live in. Some states do have paternity fraud laws. Also you can legally remove a father’s name from a birth certificate if he is not the father.
I don’t believe there is any Federal law for this or at least not one involved in establishing a “natural born citizen”.
The "Law" is an Ass. The legal system has made a methodology out of the "Fallacy of Authority." They call it "Precedent."
