As far as I can tell, based on his own admissions - he was born to a couple that could not grant him full-on ‘natural born’ citizenship, as his putative father was not a citizen, or even a resident immigrant, but an alien on a student visa. His mother did not legally at his birth meet the judicial requirements to convey her citizenship mantle. Ergo he is not a valid US citizen of any description so far.
His second ‘birth certificate’ is as fraudulent as the first.
The problem is that there is “no controlling legal authority.” All we can do is waste our time on this issue - it could be proven he was born in Kenya, beyond anyone’s doubt - still, no official will move to remove him from office - not one. “He was vetted by the people, don’t ya know!”

In 1787, there was only 1 known definition for citizens who where natural born and it came from a source so well known to the framers...they referenced the legal treatise during the Federal Convention.
Barry never was a "natural born Citizen" as known an intended by the framers.
