Nope, this is a picture of people watching something happening differently than what they expected.
They expected a snatch and grab. They got an hit. The chopper crash changed everything. What was supposed to be a nice hole card turned into an emergency.
That would explain the horrible response and message delivery over the past couple of days. No time to craft the message. It just happened and some house in Pakistan has a burnt US Chopper in their front yard. Kind of kills the element of secrecy,
