We must be very cautious when making conclusions based on PUBLISHED photos. It was confirmed that the document in Hitlery's lap was blurred to hide contents. So, published photo was photoshopped.

It's hard to see whether coffe cups have lids or not, but they seem to be empty, confirming your conclusion that they were sitting there for a quite some time.

It could be that Hussein Al Amriki was added to the pic and was not even present in the room.

Once, Colt was Great Equalizer. Now Photoshop is Great transporter. Can transport you to any event, even bring you BC from the past.
