Here’s a wild one. Maybe the watching photo is after the fact. In other words Obama wasn’t there as the action went down, so panetta is “Clinton correct”.

The photo is a replay after the fact and even hillary is seeing it for the first time.

It tells how the military moved without Obama’s knowledge, because he kept dithering and holding things up! Military coup is the word used.

They literally brought Obama in off the golf course after it was in progress! So no, he probably ‘couldn’t watch’.
