Americans give President Obama more credit for the killing of Osama bin Laden than they award George W. Bush, according to a Gallup poll released Tuesday.

The U.S. military and the CIA were given the most credit for bin Ladens death: 89 percent said the military deserved a great deal of credit, and 62 percent said the CIA did.

Exceptionally pathetic attempt at wringing some political benefit from this for Obama, even by the liberal media standards.

How will Obama be able to use this to lower food & Gas prices and lower our debt?
How will this employ millions of people?
If it doesn’t do those things then the liberals are simply war mongers.

Same here. They both deserve some credit.
The bulk of it goes to our military though.

Americans give President Obama more credit for the killing of Osama bin Laden than they award George W. Bush,... What did Obama do threaten Osama with adding him to the U.S. tax code?

If this is true, where’s the bounce?
The military got the credit. Excellent!
Even Bush would be happy with the military getting the credit, because he put the military in position to act.
Obambi got elected for promising to dismantle the war effort. Even his backers know what a two-faced liar he is.

"Virtually every tool, apparatus, technique, and policy employed by the administration to effect a successful mission to kill Osama Bin Laden, they campaigned on ending. Now they claim credit for being gutsy and courageous, when none of this would have been available to them had they had their druthers. It's a darn good thing, in retrospect, that President Obama listened to President Bush rather than Sen. Obama." -Rush
Yep, but it's 0 win cause they have T-shirts to prove it. /s

cognitive bias at work: irrational escalation, subjective validation, primacy effect, recency effect, etc. As this develops, these biases will break down.
