Osama bin Laden used women as human shields as American forces fired on him in Pakistan on Sunday, White House counterterrorism adviser John Brennan said.

Brennan told reporters at the White House that women were “put in front of him as a shield.” He said that “speaks to, I think, the nature of the individual he was.”

One of the women was bin Laden's wife, Brennan said.

Is this behavior surprising considering bin Laden is the kind of guy who thinks women that are raped should be executed to protect their father's/husband's honor?

You know, I’ll bet you that a video of this entire thing exists. It’d be easy to have a tiny video camera on the helmets of our troops, and considering the enormity of their mission, I’d wouldnt be surprised if they did.
