She's 65. Probably going to retire anyway, all this does is prevent her from hanging around on tenure.

She still gets to live out her life in peace, something that she made sure the 55 million babies ripped apart by vacuum cleaners didn't get to do.

Shouldn’t there be a law against lawyers? There certainly should be a law that a lawyer can not hold public office.

Now her time is freed up so she can get paid (most likely on the taxpayers’ dime) for doing speeches around the country at Planned Parenthoodpro-abortion meetings and fundraisers, rallies, and congressional hearings. After-all, she is a big-time hero to those in the culture of death.

"There certainly should be a law that a lawyer can not hold public office."

I've made a similar argument. In general, practicing attorneys are officers of the court, and consequently agents of the judicial branch. IMHO, there needs to be some criterion in order for them to demonstrate a substantive and materiel break from their practice of law prior to assuming a position in the legislative or executive branch. Lacking such a separation is clearly a conflict of interest.
