I don’t believe a bunch of young people all decided to go down to the White House at 11pm to celebrate. Perhaps a bar in Georgetown but not down to the White House.
They also were celebrating on the subway in NYC and the Phillies game. This was a major American victory and people wanted to celebrate. Not hard to understand.
