Outrage as 'how-to-die helpline' is launched by euthanasia charity
UK Daily Mail ^ | 4/28/11 | Steve Doughty

A right-to-die pressure group provoked outrage yesterday over plans to sponsor the UK's first helpline aimed at speeding the terminally ill towards 'a good death'.

The free phone line, to be set up by a charity called Compassion in Dying, will 'promote greater patient choice and control where possible'.

The charity is an offshoot of euthanasia campaign Dignity in Dying and is led by the right-to-die group's chief executive Sarah Wootton, a former sex equality and abortion campaigner.

Its plan to provide the desperately sick with advice on how to end their lives sparked protests from anti-euthanasia activists, who said the helpline would be used to shorten lives.

The charity says it exists to exploit 'existing end-of-life rights' and will pass on information to callers.

However, it comes against a background of growing tolerance of assisted suicide by prosecution authorities, increasing political pressure for the legalisation of assisted dying, and a rising toll of Britons travelling to the Dignitas suicide clinic in Switzerland to end their lives.

The charity said the helpline would be 'dedicated to supporting patients, loved ones and carers through the dying process, promoting greater patient choice and control where possible'.

Elspeth Chowdharay-Best of the pressure group Alert said: 'Dignity in Dying used to call itself the Voluntary Euthanasia Society.

'The aim of the helpline exercise is to shorten people's lives.'

Compassion in Dying is headed by Sarah Wootton, a former sex equality and abortion campaigner who now leads Dignity in Dying.

The culture of death has succeeded in convincing the public to kill their children, now they want them to kill themselves and their children.

The heartless might say this is Darwinism for the stupid, but this is a really wicked, evil affair.

Somehow I don’t believe there is dignity in being murdered.

People should call offering advice how to euthanize the help line.

The problem is that once the right to die becomes acceptable, it will quickly turn into the duty to die.

No compassionHello, my name is Sally, how can I help you.

Well, my mother was given only seven years to live.

Oh, okay, I understand.

Yes, she needs "compassion." I can't deal with what lies in her future and neither can she.

Oh, I know exactly how you feel. I've had three abortions because I wasn't ready to be a *gasp* mother. In fact, the guy to my left is the one who impregnated me the first two times, and the guy to his left is responsible for the third. So I hope you can see we are working as a tight-knit group here ... for compassion, always for compassion, of course.

Note: The people in the photograph are models.

Killing those deemed unworthy of life by a group of elites has ALWAYS been an integral component of Darwinism.

“Outrage as ‘how-to-die helpline’ is launched by euthanasia charity”

First, it’s not a charity; it’s a neo-Nazi death cult dedicated to murdering people. The Brits need to engage the Solzenitzen solution:

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

Some Nazi Brits need to be killed.

And it’s way past time to start considering smuggling major firepower into Britian.

Give me 40,000 patriotic Brits, let me run them through Camp Pendleton’s infantry school and I’ll take back Britian for the British. When these Brits are done, the only evidence of British Fascism will be a dark smudge on the concrete where their nuts were stomped into the ground.

Though humor and comedy are now frowned upon by the English government as not-P.C., this appears to be an excellent and positive use for parody—one that may highlight the inhumanity of “suicide assistance” lines.

Such parody could recommend all sorts of non-lethal but silly means for “people to kill themselves”, like swallowing Pop-Rocks and Coca-Cola at the same time; or giving them instructions on how to sneeze, belch, and break wind at the same time—which will surely kill them.

Or it could go into descriptions of hopelessly elaborate ‘Rube Goldberg’ suicide machines. “...and then the pigeon pecks at the bird seed until it pokes through the hole in its tray and bursts the balloon underneath, which scares the hamster, so it runs in his wheel, which slowly raises the anvil...”

Or, how to pick up serial killers in bars, or selecting a serial killing NHS doctor or nurse. Or certain streets in bad parts of London to travel down at night, while flashing cash and wearing a “Mohammed was a pedophile” t-shirt.

And, since you are planning to die anyway, advising people to take a few criminals with them, stabbing them with knives and shooting them with black market guns.

All in good humor, mind you. But it puts into perspective what the pro-suicide people are doing.

It won’t be too much longer that they put up a jumping tower in (say) Kathmandu or some other spot that will wink at it. Only rule is that nobody can go onto the jumping platform until they’ve cleaned up the last splattered body below, which will probably utilize some invention involving a continuous roll of heavy gauge plastic sheeting passing over a marble strike surface, and another machine that will vacuum seal a piece of it over the body as a shroud. For those who chicken out at the last moment, there will be a staircase back down, handicap accessible of course.

/sarc is it really needed here?

You mean like this?

At least the little light bulb hinter in Open Office (once Sun, now Oracle) has no equivalent. But since it's open source, a sufficiently macabre party could add one.
