The “Blues” will kill themselves off anyway;....

That’s right, they will self destruct. Thus, the big wall to keep them out. Or, they’ll build their own Berlin Wall. After all, their elite wouldn’t want any of their slaves to escape the workers paradise, would they. The SEIU could run the enforcement.

No other significant present day problems could potentially result in the “brother against brother” tragedy of a Second American Civil War.

I thin the collapse of the US dollar will be the trigger. The Preppers will be hunted and stalked by the unprepared. Violence in astounding proportion will be the norm. Hunger and inflation will trigger massive unrest and violence...

Do you really feel our military and police forces would “put down” patriots? I don’t think so ...I feel many of them would step into the role of patriots themselves.

You mean the coppers with the shaved heads, tattoos, size 46 waists and public pensions? Those coppers who are supposed to be eager to join the outlawed Patriots? Can't wait to see it happen!

Our civil war was started because of tarriffs[sic] and taxes.

Have you ever read any US history? None of the 1860-1 secessionists talked about tariffs or taxes. What tariffs? What taxes? You have no idea, do you? You are just repeating racist slogans that seem attractive.

A good starting place is A Patriots History of the US by Freeper LS.

Expel states? That’s a new one. I like the idea.

Vermont could join Canada. Compared to Quebec though they are a bastion of sanity.

>>And the media will spin it as

When the war starts, the liberal media/propaganda machine gets put up against the wall first. They’ve been the enemy of freedom for 40 years.

Take the incentives out of it. Pass a law requiring a person have US citizenship for 18 years before voting in any US election.

It would be best if we could work out our problems through debate and at the ballot box.

That is the ideal situation, however that is how adults handle it. This is from a former Henry Jackson Democrat. However we are now dealing with an opposition of “children” who view physical assault and destruction of property as legitimate forms of political expression. I live in the Twin Cities area and saw first hand the “political free expression” at RNC 2008. There is no reasoning with these people. Even if their numbers ge fewer as the scales fall from some eyes and the Kool-Aid wears off, the true believers will get even more rabid, pumped up by the likes of Ed Schultz and Mike Malloy - types that actually encourage the SEIU thugs, and turn around and accuse the conservative talkers of doing the same, while saying “Who? Me?”.
We are in the cold war phase of the CW2. It will go hot when the Far Left sees its perceived support dwindle. They will not accept defeat. If the Far Left can not dominate, they are compelled to annihilate,

IMO there will be nothing that will stop a new civil war.

At this point in time, there is only 45% of the population supporting 55% of the freeloaders.

At some point the 45% crowd will pull a Howard Beale and stand up yelling “I’M MAD AS HELL, AND I’M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!”

Then there is the vile left who say that those of us on the right deserve to die (like in the recent postings about the tornados on ‘Think Progress’).

The media is definitely the enemy. However, we need to cut the head off of the REAL enemy.

The IRS.

I wouldn’t send a *blank* MO. I’d make it out to JPFO,
minimally.

http://idiots.dunedain.net/a-weak-people/

In this arena one observes the previously ‘free-range’ people, the American homesteaders, struggling to adapt to their life gravitating in the same direction as the mechanized cattle industry, not realizing that the dictum “do unto others” has always related also to the animals around them. Neither die with or from a surfeit of artificial hormones, they simply cease to live in a meaningful way. Moreover, “resistance” is primarily a function of debates over cosmetics. Given this context, it is surprising they fight for the word or even discuss fighting for ‘marriage,’ a concept they have abandoned in every meaningful sense, just as they fight for “life” for those who, by virtue of physical infirmity or terrible situation will never have a “life” in any sense more than a simple binary assertion.

When the government money stops, literal expropriation
may be in the cards. “Squid” at Protein Wisdom not too
long ago commented that he thinks all this eat the rich
agitprop isn’t so much about the tax code as it is about
making it OK to steal stuff after the bottom drops out.

Including most significantly, the police unions. "Subotai Bahadur" a former police sgt, commenting at The Belmont Club's "Wisconsin" post 03/2011: Much of law enforcement has turned on the rule of law. Those LEOs in Wisconsin who violated their oaths have indeed "crossed the Rubicon" .... He comments at other sites also.
To those of you in NYC, the near-mutiny of the NYPD after being told to stand down in August 1991 in Crown Heights was 20 years ago now, meaning that anyone on the force then has in all likelihood retired. Think about that.

Wasn’t there an old Pravda report (Russian economist) that described a scenario of he US breaking into smaller nations with varying degrees of capitalism?

Off the top of my head I can think of two men in prison
for defending themselves in a night time home invasion
conducted by police.

The author missed some.

Healthcare. Medicare. Medicaid. Social Insecurity.

The nation has divided between producers and parasites. The parasites have reached a critical mass.

I saw a poll this morning that 63% of the population favors raising taxes on people making 200k+ to help fix medicare.

We ain’t gonna survive if this is actually true.

As Neil Boortz calls them, “the moocher class.”

They are at least 47% now and growing—paid no federal taxes at all.

I've heard the term, "Free Sh!t Army," used to describe the entitled classes. It's as apt a description as any other, I think. In any case, it doesn't look good for what's left of our Constitutional Republic, does it?
