Very similar, yes, that is the usual thing. Nearly identical is far less common. It is more interesting to me because it is the second such coincidence on that form of obama’s.

The hospital listed was Kapiolani, which some say was not known as that in 1961. That may be, but the Nordyke twins born at the same time as Zero, also have Kapiolani on their BC, so it must have been the name of record at the time. The twins BC images are easy to find if you want to look.

You were advised earlier that under American law all that is not prohibited is allowed ~ which rarely has to be stated here ~ everybody knows that.
This guy doesn't need a source ~ but if you have a source that says private citizens must report information to the government using such and so words, it's still your turn to do so.
There's no statement on that form that says UNDER PAIN OF PENALTY FOR PERJURY ~ or other similar threatening language.
