Although if MT corrects this today, I have no idea if there will still be any states like that.

Very interesting graphic - but tell me, when it indicates that TX and OK were red, “no issue” states back in the 1980s, does it truly mean that their laws were more restrictive than those of NY state?!!

Cool map and all but where is it written that States can determine the right to carry?
It is actually forbiden by the 2nd and the 10th.
