It’s not just oil. This “wetlands” thing is TOTAL control over property. They are preventing people from doing ANYTHING to their property and destroying people with multi-million dollar fines, taking their property. The EPA is a NIGHTMARE.

Laws we can fight, regulations do not come from the legislature, but by some bureaucrat azzhole.

Of course they want control of production of energy, but more importantly to human life is the WATER. Those within govt already control where, when, why and how of water acquisition. Without free and unfettered access to water on your private property, how free are you? Answer is, not free at all.
It’s a great thing that up here the Great Lakes area we have a compact with all the surrounding states and Canada.

The EPA needs to be defunded and abolished- yesterday. And while we are at it, repeal the Endangered Species Act. It has nothing to do with the little animals and everything to do with the leftist agenda of destroying American industry.
Fracking has never been shown to cause one person to be exposed to illness as a result of chemicals, yet they are acting like the whole world will die because of it.
This is to keep the US oil industry from major expansion in new drilling techniques. It'a a Waxman thing.
