That’s why we are a net contributing state. They just want our money to fix up he’ll holes like New Orleans. Screw the contributing class.

Thanks for posting this article. Obama is a thug and he knows he isn’t liked here. You can’t fool many Texans...so he doesn’t even bother anymore. Now he takes his revenge on the innocent victims of these fires just to satisfy his petulant child ego.

Novemeber 2012 can’t come soon enough!

What they should do is enact a law requiring banks to regularly report all accounts held by the IRS. Most payroll taxes are paid via joint accounts so that would quickly and thoroughly document the federal income tax stream within the state. Though a mere state reporting requirement would not break any federal law, the implied threat would be obvious .

If Bush had held back on aiding states that went Dem, the press would have fried him. With “The One” being playing the game, the press is silent. Imagine the surprise of the electorate - sadly, we have come to expect this type of behavior out of this administration and have come to expect the press to cover for him with their silence.

Texas simply needs to withhold the money that it sends every month to the feds. It’s that simple. Tell Ozumba to kiss your a**.
