I am not so hard nosed as you. I DO NOT want illegal aliens who are here and do not want to assimilate. However, this person sounds like he has become an American and has assimilated into the culture.
He's not 22 months now. He's been a legal adult for FIVE YEARS.
In those FIVE YEARS, what did he do? He hid out. He didn't step up.
22 months old? Not culpable for his parents' action. He's 23 now.
He should be deported and take his parents with him.
