Why?
The proffered COLB proves that Obama is not a constitutional Natural Born Citizen because of his foreign citizen father. Natuarl Born Citizenship is the Human equivilent of a canine’s pedigree papers.
Just like a canine, if both of your parents are also purebreds of the same breed, you are a purebred yourself. Obama’s foreign father makes him a mutt, and ineligible to compete in the arena or to be “Best in Show” (President)
Submitting a COLB showing parents of different citizenship disqualifies Obama from holding the Office of the President.
Because, for the upteenth time, and I am so sick of posting this....
The law is not settled. If you listen to the Supreme Court oral arguments actually discussing the Natural Born requirement for Presidency you will see that it is not settled law.
Furthermore, if Obama was really married to Kezia (which there is room for argument that he wasn’t) then he could not have transferred citizenship to Obama so there goes the theory that Obama was a British Citizen.
So yes, Trump should absolutely hire forensic people on this.
Or he could just look at my post and question why “THE” is spelled “TXE”.
I tend to agree with the school of thought that would require both parents to be US citizens. However, there IS a school of thought that would only require citizenship of one parent (the mother), however some of us might disagree with it.
We could all argue about this until the cows come home, but until this matter is settled by the USSC it will just be two competing schools of thought arguing with each other, nothing more.
