Dunham did not meet that requirement (of the Nationality Act of 1940, revised June, 1952) until her 19th birthday in late November of 1961, almost four months after Obama was born.

So with the father a british subject and the mother not meeting the qualifications then it’s pretty conclusive.
Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and is therefore not eligible to serve as president.
This will end up in the Supreme Court for sure.
I believe this only applied if the birth occurred out side the United States in a foreign country with the father not being a U.S. Citizen.
Are you saying that any child born to a mother under the age of 19 would not be eligible to be President or am I misunderstanding you?
