DAVID A. SINCLAIR, retired Honolulu physician and Manoa resident, died Aug. 20, 2003. A longtime obstetrician/gynecologist. Survived by wife, Ivalee; children, Margaret Peterson, Katherine McClatchy, Rebekah Luke and David, Ruth, Karl and Brian Sinclair; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
