I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I'm disappointed that the C-I-C of the United States military didn't have the DECENCY to cough up this document when Lt. Cmdr. Lakin questioned his eligibility rather than letting him go through a thoroughly unfair trial, sentencing and imprisonment. Lakin was ONLY DOING WHAT HE SWORE TO DO.
