Could you address this:
TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER III > Part I > § 1401
Prev | Next
§ 1401. Nationals and citizens of United States at birth

That statute was adopted as Title 8 of the US Code as currently published by the US Government reflects the laws passed by Congress as of Feb.1, 2010.
Sure. That and then some:
I believe the Constitution does not define the term “natural born Citizen.”
I believe we need a definitive ruling from the SCOTUS on the definition of “natural born Citizen.”
I believe that the FF intended “natural born Citizen” to mean a child born on U.S. soil to U.S. citizen parents.
I don’t believe we’ll ever get a ruling on Obama’s NBC status while he’s in office.
I would accept a ruling from the SCOTUS that said Obama is a natural born Citizen.
Was that what you wanted? Did I leave out anything?

Perhaps it's been pointed out already in this 1000+ comment thread...but in case it hasn't:
Statue 1401 can be found within the U.S. code under TITLE 8ALIENS AND NATIONALITY, and mentions nothing about "natural born" Citizens. It can not, anyway, as Congressional statues can not define who a "natural born" Citizen is. If it were possible, the Naturalization Act of 1790 would have been preserved (instead of being repealed by the Act of 1795)
