Dr. David A. Sinclair, 81, of Honolulu , a retired physician, died Aug. 20, 2003, at home. He was born in Portland , Ore. He is survived by wife Ivalee; sons David, Karl and Brian; daughters Margaret Peterson, Rebekah Luke and Ruth and Katherine Sinclair; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Services: 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Central Union Church Atherton Chapel. Call after 4:30 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to Alzheimers Association of Hawaii.
