They were processed on the “date filed”. Janice Okubo said that the “date filed” is the date that the BC# was given at the HDOH office. So even if everything was alphabetized on Aug 8th, those BC’s would all get earlier BC#’s than anything “filed” on the 11th.
But Obama’s was supposedly given a number on the 8th and it’s a higher/later number than the Nordykes which were assigned a number on the 11th.
“Filed” does not equal “Accepted”. One was accepted on the 8th. The other was accepted on the 11th. Both could have been filed on the 11th or the 14th or whenever.
