The Leftists would freak if this ticket were to become reality beyond anything we have seen with Sarah. You would have two perceived traitors to the struggle by the Left who would stop at nothing to trash both of them and they would feel good doing so.

Not at the time of arrest; the Miranda warning has to be given before questioning.
You do have to be mirandized when arrested, however, it doesn’t have to be at the exact moment of apprehension.
She probably got the Miranda rights told to her as soon as she got to the police station.
I have been saying Palin / Mulally ( Ford's CEO ) since the Oboingo was Immaculated.
