I'd say she just lost, and it doesn't even matter whether the charges stick.

She is in for a real fun time in Broward County jail. I had to bail my brother out of that jail a few times in his younger days. It is a complete hell hole in the worst part of town.

She will be in a big cell with the worst trash, and I can guarantee she won't be running her mouth in there. She also won't be bailed out anytime soon. It takes hours just to get processed.

That is nice to know and I am glad to hear she will receive some punishment for her actions! My sweetheart and I just happened to end up sitting right next to this "Nicole Sandler" at Congressman West's Town Hall, and Mrs. West was sitting right in front of Nicole Sandler.

My husband and I observed all her actions from the minute Allen West began speaking. This woman began disrupting the meeting by yelling out and it was obvious she was there to do nothing but disrupt the meeting. When politely asked to be quiet she was even more obnoxious. She was then warned by security that if she did not quiet down she would be escorted out. Of course, she continued to yell out so she got the escort out and attention she desired.

You will notice in the video that Sandler claims Mrs. West grabbed her phone. That did not happen. In fact Nicole Sandler grabbed Mrs. West hand when Mrs. West raised it slightly to motion Sandler to please be quiet.

I do expect the MSM to paint Nicole Sandler as just someone wanting her voice/opinions to be heard. She had every opportunity to ask a question but that was not her plan. It was obvious her goal was ONLY to disrupt the meeting and getting the attention of being escorted out was exactly what she wanted. More than likely she would not have been arrested, but she proceeded to be nasty and insulting to the police officers. An arrest was certainly deserved! I now know that Congressman Webster had a Town Hall and a nasty group did everything they could to disrupt that meeting. We can expect this from the DEMrats at all future Town Halls given by Conservatives.
