So the EPA looked for any reason they could to deny the permit.

That is exactly what they did and then the idiot head of the EPA had the nerve to say that they aren’t responsible for gas price increase.

Bonehead Boehner had his chance to reign them in but instead he tried to bamboozle us with phony cuts.

These Luddite idealogues will not rest until our society is reduce to living like cavemen. If anyone wants to know the blueprint for the utopia these people want, get and read a copy of “The Kin of Atta”. It will all become sickeningly clear.

Buy a nuke powered icebreaker and have large generator on board to supply power in case of emergency.

Correction, it’s “the Kin of Ata Are Waiting for You” by Dorothy Bryant. Utopian literature and a blueprint for where many of our “educated” fellow citizens wish to take us.

Regan has been credited with bringing down the USSR, but I have always believed that the weight of their bloated bureaucracy is what did them in. We are now traveling down the same road ..... the size and tentacles of the federal government MUST be reined in .... by attrition it should be reduced by at LEAST fifty percent.

The “Great UnNatural Acts” Wilderness, Endangered Species, Clean Air/Water - all were designed to destroy America.
They are working as designed.
Regulation costs America 1.7 trillion bucks annually.
Repeal all such laws.
If we have them and our competitors don’t, we are doomed to ruin.

The EPA contends that Shell's icebreaker might pollute the air.
Fox News reported the appeals board has four members, all Democrats, including Kathie Stein, whom it described as an activist attorney for the Environmental Defense Fund.
