I’ve heard good things about West, but haven’t taken the time to check out his stated positions on a number of issues. He may be the guy, though it can be tough to jump into the big time only a few months into a first term in the House.
I think Rubio is a closet open-borders supporter, and that rules him out for me. We have to stop the massive invasion; it’s killing us.
Jindal is a smart guy, but is too weak to go up against the hardened leftists.
At the time I was thinking Palin / West, then Bachmann, West, then Cain / West, but why not the best first — West / Cain.
I agree.
+1
I’ve been watching West recently....Like him alot...but he’s honest enough to admit he’s not ready “yet”..and he is correct IMO. But he sure has his act together in my book. Good man and doesn’t flench when put on the spot.
