He then claimed that the pro-8 side had no grounds to appeal his opinion.

IOW the pro-proposition 8 crowd did not have a right to overturn his PERSONAL opinion and the law be hanged.

justice denied by a judge seeking to engrave his bias into law via denial of access to the law making tools.
