Consider, under the given ‘watering-down’ of our Constitution, literally MILLONS of Mexican “Anchor Babies” are now qualified to hold the position of POTUS.
NO THEY ARE NOT. Their parents would not be U.S. citizens. So “Anchor Babies” would not be “Natural Born Citizens”
