On my way home from work tonight, I witnessed a mob of approximately 50 teens beating another teen and kicking him in the head right in the middle of 6 lanes of rush hour traffic on Connecticut Avenue just outside the National Zoo.

That is to say a few thousands saw the beatdown and NOT ONE stopped and helped? I would'a twisted my vehicle across three lanes of traffic and have gotten every dang car to stop in order to get the direct attention needed to quell the mob.
