If Obama even looks like he has a chance in 2012, which apparently he does, the only question in my mind is when will states like Texas commandeer their territory back from the federal government and take over/privatize operations under state protection?

AZ tried to do something the feds were supposed to do but wouldn’t do and it got them nowhere.
If Texas tried to leave the union I’d bet 90% would be against it.
