Arguments in one of the lawsuits challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States has finally worked its way through the California court system and will be heard by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on May 2. “I can’t believe it, but after two years of Obama litigation, for the first time the court of appeals scheduled oral argument in [the] Obama case,” said Orly Taitz, a California attorney who has litigated a number of challenges to Obama.

Any predictions on how the 9th circus will rule on this one. IMO Obummer could have green skin and antenna and the 9th circus would say he was born in the USA

This is the 9th circuit. Forget it!
I predict the 9th will not overturn the 2008 presidential election.
But they will consider overturning the 2000 or 2004 elections.
Forget the Ninth Circuit Court. Maobama could eat babies on the steps of the Capital and they would offer him a wine list to wash them down. My questions are: Does someone represent Obama at these hearing? If yes, who? What is the firm’s name and the specific lawyers names? If yes, get someone persistent in their face(s) afterward to ask questions with video cameras rolling. Even better if they are justice department attorneys. Do everything possible to break their nuts. Get Trump to retain the attorneys and pay them more for info. That’s what the stinkin rats would do. You have to fight fire with fire, or get burned!!
Recently I saw a thread showing a REAL Hawaiian birth certificate for a baby girl born on either the day before or the day after Obama was supposedly born in Honolulu. It included all the information that would be on Obama’s birth certificate, if he has one.
Unfortunately I didn’t save it and don’t remember if it was on FR or some other forum. If anyone knows the thread I’m talking about, please link to it here.
p.s. I did an FR search using both titles and keywords and haven’t found it.
She hits the “natural born citizen” clause pretty well in the case...I’m glad she’s not only relying on whether Obama was born in the US or not. I also like that she’s going after him for the fraudulent SS #’s.
I hope there’s a shred of integrity in that Court...It’s doubtful, but one can hope.
Even though it is the 9th circuit...the stacked bench of the Left....Hopefully, the arguments will be public and get some attention. Probably will be all for naught but who knows.

It’s pretty obvious by now he’s no more eligible to be president than my dog. They would have cleared this up long ago. Anyone complicit with this fraud needs to go to jail for life.
A president could be caught seducing an intern in the oval office and nothing would be done by the 9th Circus Court...oh wait, that has already happened before hasn’t it?

They’ll find a way to punt it down the road.
They’ll probably hear it January 21, 2016, when Obama is in a country that doesn’t have an extradition treaty with the US.
