The International Monetary Fund has just dropped a bombshell, and nobody noticed.
For the first time, the international organization has set a date for the moment when the Age of America will end and the U.S. economy will be overtaken by that of China.
And its a lot closer than you may think.
According to the latest IMF official forecasts, Chinas economy will surpass that of America in real terms in 2016 just five years from now.
Put that in your calendar.
It provides a painful context for the budget wrangling taking place in Washington, D.C., right now. It raises enormous questions about what the international security system is going to look like in just a handful of years. And it casts a deepening cloud over both the U.S. dollar and the giant Treasury market, which have been propped up for decades by their privileged status as the liabilities of the worlds hegemonic power.
According to the IMF forecast, whoever is elected U.S. president next year Obama? Mitt Romney? Donald Trump? will be the last to preside over the worlds largest economy.
Most people arent prepared for this. They arent even aware its that close. Listen to experts of various stripes and they will tell you this moment is decades away. The most bearish will put the figure in the mid-2020s.

In a whole lot of incidences the GOP is far, far more than just complicit. It's right there in the voting records for all to see, although it is apparent that very few ever bother to look because there are still quite a few who base their loyalty to these cretins solely on party affiliation.....
The IMF must have viewed the movie Atlas Shrugged.
Party first, what I can get from the Banksters second and America third...
-Barack Hussein Obama
The problem is that China is in every bit as deep doo-doo as we are. They are a house of cards. The thing is if they lose half a billion people, the rest will be like ‘more room for us.’ They just don’t care.
How’s that “free trade” thing working out, America?
Actually, it started in earnest with Woodrow Wilson (Federal Reserve, 16th Amendment, etc), continued under FDR (Socialist (in) Security, etc), and Johnson ((not so)Great society, Medicare, etc), Nixon (EPA), Carter, (NEA, DoE, etc). Clinton is a piker by comparison, even to Bush II......
Palin and Bachmann have it in them. The media is currently investigating every word crook and crevice of Trump and his past words. If Palin or Bachmann can hurdle the media attack and the lack of support from the GOP we’d be okay.
Sadly Trump has the money to pass the hurdles but would he tell the UN to pound sand? Would he announce Hillary as his VP?
What is Trump’s real agenda? Is it to fix America before she sinks (as we all know the Clinton’s agenda mirrors Obama’s with a fake moderate sense of I feel your Pain) or get back at Obama for Hillary?
IMHO, until the American people wakeup and politically destroy the current Democrat Party and anti-American. hate America, POTUS Barack Hussein Obama, we will continue the spiral downward at an brisk pace!!! As for America continuing to be a formidable force. forget it. Just the PRC (China) & India will alone provide the driving consumer growth to sustain their economies and add on the Pacific rim countries, Asia & Africa, Japan/Korea and the USA will disappear just like the Roman empire did. We, Americans have done this by our own free hand in pursuit of getting something for nothing!!! The moral, my fellow Americans is, there is no such thing as a free lunch!!! Wake up America or perish!!! The attacks on Pearl Harbor and on 911 killed thousands. POTUS Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrat Party are killing millions economically and destroying this great nation to boot.
“Evil prevails when good men do nothing.”
It’s worse than nothing. Good men pay taxes, supporting and enabling the tyrants, looters, invaders, and parasites.
I would suggest a much closer look at Bachman. You will find her "closet is full" so to speak, if you look. Frankly, I'm not impressed with her in the least, primarily because of a lack of specificity, aside from certain things in her past. She, much like Rubio, Brown and most of the others emerging now are saying the things a lot of people want to hear, but are very short on specifics. It takes a lot more to get my attention than being mildly attractive and being able to talk louder than anyone else in the room. Deeds speak louder than words.....
China is not a miracle, it is a dictatorship with slave labor and good resources, it is highly reliant on markets for its output...
“If we can get the senate and POTUS next election we can turn this around.”
That’s a right big IF, pilgrim.
The Country Club pubbies seem like they make up their minds at the last minute based on nothing at all and could go in any direction whatsoever except the right one. That is what is so dangerous about keeping them in power.
They are worse than useless they are a whole gang of unpredictable elites with no common sense and no spine. The odds of them hurting our cause is much higher than that of them at least doing no damage. The odds of them helping is quite low.
With one hell of a lot of help from the good 'ole USA......
Trump is a buffon, but at least his big mouth will lead us to talk about some things that might otherwise not get discussed. There is a role for him in the primary fight.
I still think that we will see a Governor as our next nominee and it won’t be Romney or Pawlenty I hope, but Mitch Daniels or Chris Christie. We need someone extremely knowledgeable and articulate to fight this fight, and they need to have fire in the belly that they will do what is necessary to save America special interests be damned.
