This subject has been a sort of a hot topic in a couple of my classes, so in my own search for information, I would like to ask you if this person (picture of Chrissy Polis below) came into the MEN'S room (assuming you are a man), what would your reaction be?
And if you are a woman and this person came into the Women's room, what would your reaction be?.

It really depends on what he/she did once he/she got there. As a general rule, I don't go to public restrooms to interact with other people so the ball is pretty much in their court...so to speak.

You are missing the point entirely.
It is hard for me to say whether I would notice that that is a disturbed man and not a ropy sort of young female.
I notice more aberration from gait and mannerisms than from a photograph.
However, your question might be more to the point if you asked,
what would my reaction be if I saw this man follow my young daughter into the ladies’ room?
Men don’t belong in the women’s restroom. I don’t care if they have surgically removed their penis, or plan on doing it sometime, or are taking hormones, or just planning to, or dress in heels, or plan to start dressing in heels. I really don’t care.
If they are male they do not belong in there. Assaulting yourself with surgery or hormones and crossdressing does not change your gender.
It all depends on the environment and how many people are in the place...
If I am alone and it is a questionable, possible security risk I go into the toilet stall, latch the door and urinate... then wash hands and exit...
If I saw that thing, it wouldn’t bother me... so long as I am not approached or accosted in any way...
The hypothetical of me being a woman is illogical, but if I were a woman, given the personalities of females in my immediate family, I would grab that thing by the hair and drag it out of the bathroom...
That is obviously a male, it isn’t difficult to tell in 99% of cases... I’ve seen it all living in San Francisco... I’m sick of these lunatics being put on some kind of pedestal and revered for their stupidity.
MY QUESTION FOR YOU, is why is this such an issue in your classes?
My conjecture is that the left wing nutjobs at school have their marching orders to make it one... in the attempt to further the social psychosis that afflicts the society at large...
This overall obsession with phantasy and inane, irrelevant, insipid people who serve no useful purposes is not such a mystery to me... they are filth who, because of their own misanthropic delusions, will end up dying in cold dark places later in life... I have little sympathy for them... karma is a bitch...

Examine the reactions in Uganda and Jamaica to this kind of nonsense... it is violent and immediate... that is because, unlike most “civilized” Western societies, they want to evolve and evolution is entirely heterosexual in nature for all mammals... I also think that the medical “professionals” who are involved with this type of mutilation should lose their licenses to practice medicine... it is malpractice of the highest order...
Fast-food restaurant restrooms are generally single-user. In very small places, they are often unisex single-user. In the McDonalds where the incident occurred, Polis said he had to buy something in order to get the key to the restroom, which further confirms that it was a single-user restroom.
In your bathroom at home, or at a house you visit, does it bother you if somebody of the opposite sex uses the bathroom before you?
The cause of the violence appears to be that "Chrissy" flirted with the boyfriend of one of the women, and this enraged the women.
He still looks like a man. A man dressed up in a bad costume.
Well, if I knew she was a man going into the women’s room, I sure as heck wouldn’t have beat the snot out of her. Personally, I would have probably told the manager and waited until she was done.
By the way, one of the girls that was arrested in this beating. Had done the same thing, at the same McD’s about a year earlier.

Well, My Whole POINT is that there is No Excuse whatsoever for this kind of behavior to be tolerated from any corner of society. If you found a transvestite walking into the ladies room you might want to confront the individual and ask politely if there is fear of some kind of privacy invasion. Maybe talk to the manager and see if there’s anything he can do. Or walk out of the place and never return if it offends you so much to participate in this individuals delusion.
But this kind of beatdown is inexcusable on any level. It was just mean on the face of it. And i personally will not tolerate any kind of excuses from conservatives surrendering to bigotry. I expect bigotry from a liberal democrat, but not from a conservative or libertarian. If this guy is a he and thinks he’s a she or whatever the case. He wasnt hurting anyone. So it’s not for us to say whether or not he’s confused or delusional. Maybe he’s sick or maybe he’s just having some fun. But we need to be like Jesus did with the adulteress... “Neither do i condemn you!” We do not want to be like the pharasees and the accusers who stood like liberals around her, rocks in their hands ready to be the first to condemn. And if we cannot embrace like this the least of humanity within our conservative movement, then perhaps this may not be the movement that i thought it was.
Whatever you do to the least of my brothers that you do unto me. Live and let live folks. Remember the stone you throw at someone in condemnation might the millstone around your own neck.
